1. Go to Start > Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Outlook.
2. In the main menu click on Tools.
3. Click E-mail Accounts.
4. A small dialog box will appear in front of you. Click on the option ‘Add a new e-mail account’.
5. Click Next.
6. A list of Server Type will be shown to you. Select POP3 and then click Next.
7. In the small window of Internet E-mail Settings (POP3), enter Your Name and E-mail Address under User Information section & enter User Name and Password under Logon Information section.
8. In another section of Server Information, enter your Incoming Mail Server (POP3) address (e.g. yourdomain.com) & Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) address (e.g. smtp.yourdomain.com).
9. Next click on the button ‘More Settings’.
10. Another dialog box will appear on your screen, click on Advanced tab.
11. Under the Delivery section, ensure that the option ‘Leave a copy of messages on server’ is unmarked. It will help your e-mail client to automatically download your Inbox e-mail messages to your local machine.
12. Click OK.
13. Now click Finish.

1. Open your favorite Internet Browser window.
2. In the address bar of that browser, type the URL http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail and Press Enter. If you are a Windows user, you can also type http://www.webmail.yourdomain.com/webmail in your address bar.
3. To perform a secure login to your Web Mail account, instead of typing http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail in the address bar, you need to type https://www.yourdomain.com/webmail (i.e. write https in place of http). But for this feature, your account must have a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate installed on the server.
4. In the Web Mail login page, Enter your POP User ID and Password.
5. Press Enter or Click Login.
6. Your Web Mail account Homepage will be shown on your screen.

MSSQL Control Panel-> [Manage] -> SQL Tools -> Backup Database.

This will backup the database in your the webroot/data folder. You can now either keep it at this location, download it to your local computer or simply rename it for future use.

Error Situations:

Error: “A pre-existing file with the name <database_name>.sqlbak was found in the ‘data’ directory. Please move this file to another directory and try again.”

Resolution: Check the webroot/data folder. An old backup file should be existent there. Remove or rename that file and try to backup the database again. It should work now.

1. Go to http://www.yourdomain.com/ControlPanel/
2. Login to your control panel by entering User ID and Password.
3. Click on the option Change Password.
4. A small window will be shown on your screen. Enter your new password in the respective fields and Press Enter.
5. A message appears showing you that your password has been changed.

Note : If you have UNIX hosting account, your password will be changed immediately, but in case you are using Windows hosting, it will take about one hour to change your password.

1. Login to your Control Panel by entering User ID and Password to http://www.yourdomain.com./ControlPanel/ .
2. Go to the column heading ‘@’ and in its first field, type the name of the e-mail recipient.
3. In the User ID field, type a name which can be used by the POP account holder to access the POP box. Here keep in mind that, the name must be unique and not more than one person with the same username can access different e-mail accounts. (User ID must not be more than 10 characters).
4. In the Password field, enter a password that you want to assign with the e-mail account. (Password must not be more than 8 characters).
5. After the completion of POP account creation, click Change. A page will be shown to your screen displaying the details of your account.
6. To return to your Control Panel, go to the bottom of your page and click to the link Back to Control Panel.

Note : If you click on the link Back to Control Panel before saving Change, all changes you have made to your account will be lost.

1. In the address bar of your browser window, type your Domain name and add /ControlPanel/ after it (e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/ControlPanel/ ).
2. A login page will be displayed on your computer screen.
3. Enter your User ID and Password (which is provided by the UnstoppableHost ) in the given text fields and Press Enter.
4. After the proper verification of User ID and Password, your Control Panel will be shown on your screen.

Note : If you have recently purchased a Hosting plan from the UnstoppableHost, you may not access your Control Panel by using your domain name. In this condition, instead of typing your domain name, you just need to enter its IP address. For example, if your domain IP address is 75.101.143.105 then to access your Control Panel, type http://75.101.143.105/ControlPanel/
